Nancy Hargreaves MCIM

Founder

Nancy has a wealth of experience working within the architecture and property sector, she has previously worked at PAD studio Ltd (a prestigious RIBA Award winning practice), headed up the Asian marketing for Benoy Ltd (a multi-award winning global practice) when living in Hong Kong and managed the marketing for the UK and the Middle East for one of the largest global recruitment companies when at Randstad Construction, Property and Engineering.

An accomplished marketer, Nancy has delivered successful campaigns across a range of disciplines. Her achievements include securing industry awards, managing complex internal communications, increasing website traffic by over 20%, leading corporate rebranding initiatives, and growing social media engagement by more than 300% — always with a clear focus on return on investment.

She understands the importance of making marketing work for businesses of all sizes, helping to strengthen reputation and support long-term growth.

Outside of work, Nancy is a proud mother of two and is married to Alex. After a number of years living and working across Asia, she now calls Lymington home. A keen runner, she makes the most of the New Forest’s varied routes, and also enjoys music, reading, sea swimming, gardening and sailing.
